Refund & Return Policy | سياسة الاسترجاع

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Refund Process:

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Fees:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please note:

- Returns may be rejected if the product is used or damaged after delivery.

نحرص على رضا العملاء. في حال عدم الرضا عن المنتج، يمكن طلب الاسترجاع وفق الشروط التالية:

- يمكن استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

- يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف.

- لطلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع تفاصيل الطلب.

آلية الاسترجاع:

- يتم فحص المنتج بعد استلامه، ويتم رد المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.

- يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع.

رسوم الشحن:

- لا يتم استرداد رسوم الشحن إلا في حالة وجود خطأ أو عيب في المنتج.

ملاحظة:

- قد يتم رفض طلب الاسترجاع في حال استخدام المنتج أو تلفه بعد الاستلام.
